Taapsee Pannu and Anurag Kashyap kickstart sci fi thriller Dobaara: Some collaborations deserve to be repeated
The audiences got to see a completely different style of Anurag Kashyap’s filmmaking when he made Manmarziyaan starring , Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal. While the film may have not appealed to everyone, it did win a section of movie buffs and critics. Just a few days, Anurag had announced that he will be reuniting with his Manmarziyaan actress Taapsee Pannu for a sci-fi thriller.
Titled Dobaara, Anurag and Taapsee had shared a video announcing the collab. Now, the duo have kickstarted shooting and Taapsee took to Instagram to share a goofy on set photo. Calling it a collaboration worth repeating, Taapsee wrote that she is all ready to make new memories.
In the photo, Taapsee can be seen wearing a mint green outfit, similar to hospital staff uniforms. With her hair tied in a pony and sports shoes, the actress for sure looks smart. Anurag can be seen sitting on her lap as he strikes a pose while donning his mask. Sharing the picture, Taapsee wrote, “My #DobaaraaSeries Coz some collaborations deserve to be repeated..Ready to create more memories because we were running out of Manmarziyaan stories to [email protected] let’s do this #Dobaaraa.”

Speaking about the film, Anurag had said, “Our vision with Dobaaraa is to bring a fresh, new story to the audience and I am very excited for it. This will be my third collaboration with Taapsee and this time the attempt is to bring an interesting new take on thrillers.”
