Dominic Thiem calls his relationship with Lili ‘very fresh’
There had been speculation around the couple until they uploaded their picture with the bonfire. Thiem no longer wanted it to be a rumour and came out it clear.
The Austrian said that he posted the picture to end the rumour mill. Having said that, there is no denying that the couple looks good together.
“It’s all very fresh, the last few weeks have been nice,” Dominic revealed. “There is nothing more to say for the time being.”
Previously, Thiem dated former women’s doubles’ No. 1 Kristina Mladenovic from 2017 until 2019. Later on, he reasoned the tight tennis schedule as the reason for their split.
However, all that is behind him as he starts his new journey with the circus star Lili. In addition to his love life, the Austrian will also begin his new season in less than a month.

Thiem positive for 2021
For the first tour of 2021, Thiem will travel to Adelaide this week. With the two-week quarantine, he will also participate in an exhibition match at the venue.
The US Open champion will be in the company of the Top 2 ATP players, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal respectively. Simona Halep, Naomi Osaka, and Serena Williams will join the men in Adelaide.
On Lili’s travel plans for Australia, he said, “That would not be possible at all because of the corona rules.” The Australian government will allow only one team member per player to enter the country.
Nevertheless, the defending finalist of the Australian Open, Thiem will hope to get through this time. His biggest threat will be the defending and record 8-time champion of the tournament, Novak Djokovic.
